This is an unofficial feature request board in attempts to centralize features request for the staff at IGG Software while exposing the actual votes customers.

While the Reddit board is good for feature requests, it is not possible to measure the level of importance of a vote.

Note: With any Ideation process nothing is guaranteed. A company has to take into consideration time, the technical debt, and the true needs from all customers.

Create a better support website with centralized help

On: Website I want: to have a centralized portal for help, with a centralized search engine So that: the user navigation to read FAQ, Articles, and product documentation is more efficient and more seamless. Usability Heuristics: Help and Documentation In this proof of concept (which took about a week to build), the Freshdesk platform offers a place for customers (a lot of this for free as well) to search for support content - with a global search engage in Live Chat submit cases Follow-up on cases - with better user experience instead of the email and the subject line being ticket number - which is confusing if you have multiple tickets open Customer Forums - where customers can engage with each other (replacing Reddit) and where the conversation can be quickly converted into a ticket for support

Category Selection from the register nested subcategories

I want: see the category drop list to have nested categories indented instead of a string So that: the user experience from configuring categories and selecting the categories is more consistent Usability Heuristics: User Control and Freedom, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, Aesthetic and Minimalist Design

Envelope register screen - show tags

I want: to see tags on the Envelope "category" register screen So that: I can quickly see more information about the transaction that I tag under the account register. Usability Heuristics: Recognition over Recall, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use Use case For example, I have a single shared category called shopping, but tags for different members of the family. when we purchase from the shopping category a tag gets assigned to that family member. When viewing the envelope/category register it would be great to see that. While I could great sub-categories as a workaround that would get cumbersome for a large family

Make over/under budget amount reflect today's difference

The over/under budget amount currently reflects the different between the budgeted amount as of the last day of the month, and the actual amount as of the current day. This is not useful as it presumes one might simply stop spending until the end of the month. It would be much more useful to know the difference between the budgeted amount as of today, and today's actual spending, as it would help make better decisions about spending for the rest of the month.
